1. Services

Gulf Coast Pinnacle Media provides professional real estate media services, including but not limited to:

  • Interior and exterior photography

  • Drone and aerial imaging

  • Floor plans, virtual tours, and Zillow 3D Home tours

  • Video production and post-editing

  • Marketing materials and listing websites

All services are subject to availability and may be updated or modified at any time.

2. Booking and Payments

  • Clients may book services through our online order form, email, or direct contact.

  • Full payment or deposit (if applicable) is required before delivery of final media.

  • We accept payments via credit card, ACH, or other approved methods.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled shoot may incur a fee.

3. Turnaround and Revisions

  • Standard delivery time is typically 24–72 hours, depending on the service.

  • One (1) round of reasonable revisions is included per project.

  • Additional edits, reshoots, or major changes requested after delivery may incur additional fees.

4. Usage Rights and Licensing

Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the delivered media for marketing and listing purposes.
The following restrictions apply:

  • Media may not be resold, transferred, recreated in other software, or reused for other properties without written consent.

  • Gulf Coast Pinnacle Media retains copyright ownership of all media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We reserve the right to use any media for marketing, portfolio, or promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the shoot.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring property access and readiness at the scheduled time

  • Securing necessary permissions for photography, videography, or drone operations

  • Removing personal or sensitive items prior to shooting

Delays caused by property inaccessibility, unpreparedness, or unsafe conditions may result in additional fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Gulf Coast Pinnacle Media strives to provide the highest quality service, we shall not be held liable for:

  • Any loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use our media

  • Scheduling delays due to weather, equipment malfunction, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Errors or omissions in the final media that were not identified during the revision period

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the Services.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled shoot.

  • Shoots canceled within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No refunds are available after final media has been delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gulf Coast Pinnacle Media, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or any breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Refund Policy

At Gulf Coast Pinnacle Media, we aim to provide every client with a smooth, professional experience and deliver media that meets or exceeds expectations. Because much of our work involves scheduling, travel, and post-production time, refunds are limited to specific circumstances outlined below.

1. Cancellations Before the Shoot

  • More than 24 hours in advance: No fee. A full refund of any deposit or prepayment will be issued.

  • Within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot: A 50% cancellation fee applies to cover time reserved and scheduling costs.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: May be charged up to 100% of the service fee at the company’s discretion.

2. Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule a shoot at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a $50 rescheduling fee, depending on travel and scheduling impact.

  • Weather-related reschedules are exempt from penalties.

3. Refunds After Services Are Rendered

Because our work involves custom photography, videography, and editing, refunds cannot be issued after media has been delivered.
However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to correct or adjust deliverables as needed (within one revision round).

4. Technical or Delivery Issues

If an error on our part (such as corrupt files, missing media, or an unintentional quality issue) prevents delivery of the purchased services, we will:

  • Offer a free re-shoot, or

  • Provide a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

5. Custom Packages and Add-Ons

For bundled services, refunds or credits will be applied proportionally to any services not yet performed. Add-ons like virtual staging, floor plans, or 3D tours are non-refundable once work begins.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or service adjustment, please email paul@gcpinnaclemedia.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your name

  • Property address or order number

  • A brief explanation of your concern

We’ll review and respond within 2–3 business days.

7. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Client dissatisfaction based on aesthetic preference after the agreed scope of work is completed

  • Properties not prepared or accessible at the scheduled time

  • Delays caused by factors outside our control (weather, HOA restrictions, etc.)

Our goal is always to deliver results that help you market your listings successfully. If any issue arises, we’ll work with you in good faith to find the best possible resolution.
